Here's some exciting news. I am very happy that anything I might have been able to do for Leadership Development has been recognized once more.

In 2014, our Leadership model http://youtube.com/watch?v=EfjPrJVlPzM&feature=youtu.be was awarded a Global Human Resource Development Awards Certificate of Merit for Research Excellence in Leadership, honored at the 43rd IFTDO 2014 World Conference in Dubai, presided by the Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO), founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1972, represents the HR profession through its affiliation with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (UN).Other awardees included: Saudi Armco (with total assets estimated at US$30 trillion), Indian Oil (the world's 88th largest corporation, acc. to the Fortune Global 500 list), or Abbott Laboratories (a pioneer of HIV testing).

In 2015, I’m now delighted to learn that we're a Finalist in the Leadership 500 Excellence Awards, and has been placed in the TOP 10%. For over 30 years, Leadership Excellence has identified and recognized the Top 500 Leadership organizations and their development programs in their yearly ranking issues. On this prestigious list, some of last year's winners included GE, FedEx or MasterCard. The Lead 2015 keynote address, in Dallas, TX, will be delivered by President Bill Clinton, Founder of the Clinton Foundation and the 42nd President of the United States. Other distinguished speakers include Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, MBA (Harvard Business Review – World’s #1 Leadership Thinker, American Management Association - 50 great thinkers and leaders who have influenced the field of management over the past 80 years, BusinessWeek – 50 great leaders in America, Wall Street Journal – top ten executive educators, Forbes – five most-respected and most sought-after executive coaches), or Dr. Ken Blanchard, author of “The One Minute Manager®”, which has sold more than 13 million copies and remains on best-seller lists,

At the same time I regard the honor as being less of a tribute to me personally than to the work of many professionals worldwide - work in which I have always enjoyed the willing help and support of colleagues, great colleagues like you!
