Temat: Is English important for lawyers in Poland?

I'm a native speaker. I started learning Polish law after I realized that the level of English at law firms is really poor. The point is that after doing CELTA and teaching for over 7 years I would like to start doing mainly legal English. I guess that there is a big demand for native speakers that actually have a knowledge about law as I already teach ppl that are doing their legal practice course but even though I would be really happy to start with the members of the Bar and judges.

I do not know if this is the right place to put my ad on but If anyone knows a law firm that is interested in legal English courses plz let me know ;-)

It may sound crazy and many ppl ask me why Polish law, hmmm, a Polish iudex told me Ignorantia iuris nocet when I was pleading in civil court as I wanted to receive a compensation from the Polish police. I was told that I will only win if the judge will have a good sense of humor! I questioned that, started a Polish law school and guess what.....hmmm, he did have a sense of humor and I won ;-)

BTW, I am a US citizen but I have my own company as I am self employed.

Merry X-Mas and a Happy New Year 2 all u ppl from this forum.
