Temat: IT Helpdesk Support with French or German

We are looking for a German or French speaking IT Helpdesk Support to work for one of our clients in Krakow.
This role will involve working within the support team and provide the technical knowledge via phone in order to permanently resolve any problems (hardware, software, network).

The candidate:
• Previous experience in Customer Service (over the phone, email)
• Technical Helpdesk, Technical Call Center or IT Support experience would be an advantage
• MS Office knowledge
• Internet Browsers knowledge
• Experience with Windows Operating system: Windows XP or higher
• Fluency in either German or French language
