Key Song..i t difficult for me because I like many songs, but some songs I love, e.g.:
Joy Division - Disorder, Insight and Love Will Tear Us Apart (obivously :))
The Smiths - whole album "The Queen Is Dead" - It's a perfect LP!!!
The Stone Roses - i like them debut album (you know:She bangs the drums etc.)
Do You like Solo-albums of Ian Brown???
What do you think about Interpol...ma favourite song is "The New" form the first album. And this song a ilve the most in the whole think... for this moment of course :-)

One of the key moments for me was hearing Joy Division do "Transmission", "Disorder" and "Shadowplay" live. This moved me in a way I don't think I ever had been before... And of course, The Smiths - agree - the Queen is Dead is a wonderful album and they did so many great songs. The Stone Roses brought out their first album the year I left school - so it was kind of a milestone for me in life.

Happy Mondays were something else! Totally out of it. Way way different from anything anyone has ever done before or since. Do you know them? I'm guessing you do!

Interpol are great, especially the first album.

And how about Clap Your Hands Say Yeah? Great debut album. Very much a mixture of classic influences like Joy Division, Talking Heads and the Velvet Underground...

I have one album of Happy Mondays...it's somethnig like "the best of ..." and I like it!!! I listen this seldom but I like it.

About Clap Your Hands Say Yeah...they debut album is excellent !!! You right...on the debut we can hear sounds from The Vlevet Underground.
I have also second long play (Some Loud thunder), it's quiet good...but I guess you know that!!

What do you think about Modest Mouse? You like it?
I have almost everything from MM..., but I love album "Good news for people who love bad news" :)

Recently I listen new albums of Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs and Menomena. the last one I recommend you..album is called "firend and foe"....It's brilliant.....for this moment it;s album of the year 2007 for me :)

Yes - Arctic Monkeys' first album was dynamite! The first inspirational album for quite a long time. Am looking forward to their second album, which I believe is out very very soon....

Being into the whole 'Manchester thing' was the only reason for me to go to Manchester 5 years ago. How sad is that? :)
