What is the connection between polish market and the MBA? Why new group about MBA has been set up here? english issues?

I think one of the reasons why MBAs are needed in Polish market is globalization. Poland is a part of EU now, more and more of our companies are trading globally, and MBAs, especially after well-established B-schools, may bring a lot of valuable contacts to our economy.

But there are more reasons - our society of business people in Poland is still relatively small and disintegrated, networking in common sense is associated with corruption, and I guess we should change this approach.

What is knowledge? You are never going to get answer to your questions before they are asked. In other words - nobody will teach you how to solve the problems in the future - but contacts, sound grounds in business and ability to use them efficiently will do the trick.

Therefore for me MBA is a programme which bring tools for future business man and woman and teach them how to use these tools. Networking is one of the most powerful tools.

And small comment on your second sentence - people are not wrong - they may form imperfect society with many setbacks, but that's why leaders are needed - to show the way. And to do it in ethical way, create a good example for others.
