As far as I'm concerned Jungle was banned in UK till 95' because it inflicted young people, so Jungle parties was totally illegal

Well... it derived from the movement of free party scene and a genre called UK hardcore, or 'ardcore... it wasn't baned as a genre, but the UK was actually the first country in the world to implement laws against illegal music gatherings. The biggest one being the Castlemorton event that took place in 1992. Although nobody has the exact numbers of how many people attended it was to this date the biggest outdoor rave.

One of the most prestigious electronic music events in Europe is probably "Sensation White". Sensation is an indoor dance-event which originated from the Netherlands. The original event which ran exclusively in the Amsterdam ArenA for a period of five years until 2005 is now located throughout Chile, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, Latvia, Russia, Denmark and Lithuania.

Sensation (White) is mostly a trance and house event. All the attendees are required to wear white and the Amsterdam ArenA itself is decorated to match. Sensation White's slogan is "Be Part Of The Night - Dress in White". Every event has around 40,000-45,000 tickets available. The Amsterdam ArenA event takes place every year on the first Saturday in July.

Notable DJ's that have appeared at Sensation include André Tanneberger, Armin van Buuren, Darren Emerson (one of the Underworld members), David Guetta, Erick E, Erick Morillo, Ferry Corsten, Marco V, Paul van Dyk, Johan Gielen, Sander Kleinenberg, Steve Angello, Tiësto, Fedde Le Grand and Mason.

For me the best event was in 2005, the music and visual effects were really awesome!

Good reading Rafal but I don't like the harder style, for me it's mainly noise. Call it commercial but I and many, many others believe these white sets are fantastic creations loaded with emotions which give you unforgetable experince/ sensation. :)

Aaaargh, so frustrating! Was trying to find a song called Mine by Reel Time and Dj Krust's remix of Bjork's So Broken - to no avail. Looks like if they're not on You Tube, then they don't exist. Well worth listening, if you manage to get hold of them.

Excellent, Sylvia! I must admit, I much prefer the original version as it is nearly perfect. This was the first piece of jungle that I owned. It was a cassette tape.

The video is also entertaining. This track really grabbed me, and I usually don't really like listening to vocals when I cannot understand them, unless it is authentic music from the region, then I'll make exceptions.
