In order to stay in line with agreed goals and targets you will be responsible for:

Your key duties

• Leading End-to-End recruitment process
• Candidate generation and short listing for multiple jobs
• Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
• Facilitating interview and selection process
• Producing timely and accurate management information

We are looking for individuals with proven recruitment and client servicing skills, to offer excellent recruitment services.

Your profile

• Solid experience in End-to-End recruitment process management
• Motivated, independent, results oriented
• Customer oriented, excellent communicator
• Fluency in English and Polish is required, fluency in German will be an asset
