I'm looking for a nice person interested in renting a flat at Rue Victor Lefévre, 7. 2eme.

I am leaving the appartment because I found a job in Spain.

The flat has a wonderful location. Rue Victor Lefévre, close to Park du Cinquantenaire and the European Commission, so it's perfect for somebody who would have a work in the area or would like to live in the sourroundings.

The APPARTMENT:
One room with shower and bathroom. nice living room with space at least for two people and with a convertible couch for visits and friends. Kitchen with an electric oven.
Double glazing and Little terrace.

Price? 510 euros (all included: electricity, water, central heating)
