HR SAP Process Analyst - Ref. No. 1561/HRA

Requirements:

minimum 3 years of experience in work with SAP (preferred HR module) or other ERP system
excellent IT skills
knowledge of business processes (desirable familiarity with HR processes)
experience in helpdesk/customer service environment
high level of analytical and problem solving skills
drive for optimization and innovation
very good interpersonal and communication skills
All candidates should have very good command of English.

Duties:
These employees will be responsible for the support for HR Service Desk Analysts who are the first point of contact for staff and HR professionals from Shell companies in Europe seeking for support in usage of SAP HR module and other internal systems. They will be responsible for coaching and essential supervising of work of 1st line support. Important part of the job will be analyzing the correctness of HR processes in SAP, defining improvements, proposing optimizations and their enforcement. Work will be performed in English and is strictly connected with cooperation with Shell Competence Centre in Hague and within the virtual team, with other HR SAP Process Analysts from other Shell Shared Service Centres.
