Needs:* Minimum 1 year experience in programming with Ruby
* Knowledge of RVM, MongoDB, Git, Rails, Sinatra, Redis
* Ability to write tests (Rspec)
* Good writing and speaking skills in English
Welcome:
* Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript (jQuery)
* Knowledge of libraries like Eventmachine, Sidekiq
* Knowledge of Linux system administration: Apache, Nginx
