Przy próbie odpalenia wf-kaper'a wyskakuje taki oto błąd "nie mozna uruchomic serwisu sprawdz wpisy w pliku error log"

Temat: nie mozna uruchomic serwisu sprawdz wpisy w pliku error...

Proszę sobie uruchomić konfiguratora SQL i zobaczyć czy SQL jest uruchomiony - wygląda na to że jest wyłączony a aplikacja nie ma uprawnień do jego włączenia.
Nie wiem czy to praca zdalna czy lokalna.
