In short, this company represents an outstanding career opportunity for those wishing to further their career in a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Due to continued growth we have been retained by our client to source 9 Real time Embedded C++ Engineers for their Sydney operation.

Successful applicants will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying software for embedded microprocessors in consumer products. Additional responsibilities include developing embedded software applications that provide diagnosis and resolution, analysing and modeling real-time embedded systems using UML, implementing and verifying software behaviour using automated design tools. You will assist with the delivery of the product to manufacturing within the required timelines while ensuring the quality of software applications through design, review, and testing as well as delivering defined requirements of the system or subsystem that meet the architecture and interface requirements.

You will have a Bachelor of Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years commercial software development experience with OOD and C++ along with experience in a new product development environment – ideally within the consumer electronics, defence, medical or high-tech sectors. Experience with C++ programming is ESSENTIAL as is a demonstrated experience working as part of a team and contributing to team projects. You will also need to have experience working with two or more from the following; Unix/Linux or Windows environments, network programming, developing embedded systems, mobile application development, digital signal processing, TCP/IP. Your ability to perform product and systems reviews within a highly developed QMS will be advantageous. As there are a range of roles involved candidates with many years experience are also invited to apply.
