QA tester / developer (Scrum/XP)
Gamesys Ltd is looking for a test obsessed software tester-developer with enough experience that you’re not a duck out of water, and enough guts that nothing phases you.
Are you done with writing test plans, and recording endless laborious Mercury QTP scripts, only to find that simple UI changes and refactoring ruins all your hard work? Have you started out using Agile methods (scrum, XP, lean), and open source tools like FIT, or you're dead keen to get involved?
Would you interrupt and speak your mind to a whole bunch of scarily clever people (including the CEO), even when you don’t understand something? Would you like to gather your thoughts by playing Wii sports or pool with your teammates in a day of delivering and learning?
If you can answer yes to those questions, then come and work for us.
We are the leading provider of online instant win games and player management systems in the UK, winning egaming, Hitwise and Techtrack awards. We love challenges and are always trying to improve the way we do things. We see constant changes as great and proof that we’re alive and working in a great industry. We are a corporate member of the Agile Alliance, and are very dedicated to Scrum, XP and Lean. We are still learning, but who isn’t?
We intend to throw you in the deep end so if you can't understand this, then you probably wont get far.

If you’re always thinking how can I go away and improve our methods, don’t even bother getting in touch. If you’re always thinking how can we do it, then tell us about yourself now!
If this appeals, send your CV (or better still, innovate a reply) and tell us why you should be on board, and what you think you’re worth (financially). We’d love to hear from you and maybe invite you to work in a passionate, creative, hardworking, fun environment.
Pozdr,
DP.
