Temat: Is Slovakia or Czech republic country you would work in?

As a recruiter specializing in SAP in Slovakia and Czech Republic I find it sometimes difficult to find the right candidate with required skills (well, Slovakia and Czech Republic are quite small markets especially in comparison with Poland).
Let's give an example- BW and CRM are big favorites, but there are also FICO and MM positions which are hard to fill.
Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland are border countries, but despite this Gdansk is 850km far from Bratislava.
Would you consider permanently work in these two countries?

I already do work in Czech Republic, but originally I am from Poland.
The case for me is that I have around 350km from Prague to Wrocław where I am coming from (it is actually not so far). But for many people distance is not a problem.
