Rails Developer – Front and/or Backend (w/m)

Required Skills and Experience:

at least 3 years professional experience of developing web applications in Ruby on Rails – contributions to the Ruby/Rails community are a big plus
at least 2 years experience of working in a team environment
working knowledge of version control with git / codebase
high motivation for backend programming projects
experience with jQuery – plugin development experience a plus
working knowledge of both worlds MySQL and NoSQL
experience with Linux/Unix server configuration and maintenance, experience with Rails application deployment and Capistrano a plus
working knowledge of HTML and CSS, #haml and Sass
experience with test-driven development and agile software delivery (Scrum)

Furthermore you shall bring:

great written communication and documentation skills in English, more languages are a plus
be a good teamplayer, creative and innovative
work smart, not just hard
