Temat: Web Development People Needed - Krakow

Company based in Krakow is looking to assemble a team to re-build a community portal. We estimate the initial general phase of the project to take 3-5 months, and will go on to employ a team member/s full-time. The details of programming language, etc. will be determined by the team.

Positions needed on the team include:

Development Manager/Head Programmer/System Analysts
- This position requires very strong programming skills, team management skills, experience building such sites (or at least a good understanding of how and why they work and what is possible with them), and very good to excellent spoken and written English.
- This person should have some interest in cultural events, city life, and what goes on there when the sun goes down.
- The person will be responsible for helping us develop the concept and hire qualified individuals to make up the rest of the team.
- When the project is complete we would like to hire this person full time to manage and continue the development of the portal.

Qualified Programmers
- 2-4 programmers are needed for full or part time for the initial phase of the project.
- Programmers will work under the direction of the head programmer.
- The team will meet and work together but will also work from home.
- Wages will be competitive and successful members of the team may be asked to go on to work full time after phase I.
