I wonder how was it calculated? There is only general description:

This description in fact does not explain the details. Without it I am not sure how to interpret its results. I can imagine the following interpretation:
Because of the complicated syntax and rules to create the project in C we need to hire more skilled engineers compare to Java or C# ;)
