Obecnie Speech Server jest częścią OCS'a 2007.

It is possible to install the Speech Server (2007) both independently as well as together with the other server roles of the Office Communications Server 2007.

And there is only one installer of Speech Server (2007) for all Editions.

The differences between the Editions are defined by the use rights – the licensing agreement you agree to when buying or downloading and installing the Speech Server.

The free Developer Edition may only be used to design, develop and test your programs (see the licensing agreement when you install the product).

The Developer Edition contains all features of Speech Server (2007) and is not time limited.

The Enterprise and Standard Editions are primarily differentiated by that Standard Edition does not allow you to use the Speech Server Business Intelligence Tools (a.k.a. the datawarehousing tools).

Please refer to the applicable use rights for the exact conditions.

For all clarity – some use rights used to contain a maximum limit of 250 simultaneous connections to Standard Edition

That is an error, and will be corrected in the next possible refresh of the use rights documents. There is no licensing limit to the amount of connections, or ports in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, nor Speech Server.
