Oracle is currently seeking candidates for the position of a senior/software developer in Krakow Taleo Business Edition TBE team.

With Oracle TBE Cloud Service customers can easily access key employee data and streamline operations with modules for every talent management process – from recruiting to performance management to learning and development.

Under the direction of the development manager, senior/software developer has the responsibility of architecture and design. In addition he will work in a well established development envrionment. Working with different Taleo teams, he/she will participate in design, development, maintenance, quality assurance and support of software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the analysis as part of new projects, new application versions or change requests.
Participate in several phases of software development within a team of developers, including design, design, architecture, analysis and support for quality assurance.
Share technical knowledge and application development with others
Encode the solutions identified while meeting the established standards both functional and organic.

External requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related discipline) or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years experience developing object-oriented software.
Mastering and being passionate with Java language.
Mastering Web/UI technologies (servlets, jsp, html, javascript, jquery, xml, etc.).
Mastering Web Services (REST)
Possess good knowledge in SQL
Knowledge of coding techniques & technology frameworks.
Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Able to work effectively as a team with various functional groups.
