Quorum International is the fastest growing outsourced recruitment service provider in EMEA. We have coverage in over 70 countries and work with global technology clients. To support our rapid growth we have established a dedicated Internal Resourcing team.
The Resourcing team will drive a high calibre candidate pipeline for our client accounts across EMEA. People working in the team will be responsible for recruiting and consistent pipelining of Experienced Recruitment professionals into our onsite and offsite recruitment teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a proactive recruitment team, broaden their headhunting experience and gain EMEA wide market exposure.

Location: Kraków
Purpose of the Job
To work with the Recruitment Manager to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective research and resourcing service for candidates.
To manage the Recruitment of key Recruitment individuals into our teams
To hit personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success, and positive image of Quorum and our Clients in the Market.
Key responsibilities
Source, Sell and Screen candidates in line with quality and delivery targets:
Consult with Recruitment Manager or Hiring Manager – take the brief, set the sourcing strategy and project deadlines
Generate and maintain a direct candidate pipeline, including:
Head-Hunt – name generation
Networking – leveraging existing networks
Internal Referrals
Advertising Responses
Present the Quorum proposition to HR and Recruitment candidates in a way that motivates them and ensures interest in the role.
Pre-screen candidates against defined criteria – qualifying candidates in or out.
Present shortlist of candidates to Hiring Managers
Work with Researchers to deliver a resourcing service ensuring the appropriate organisations are approached
Develop and maintain knowledge of the Quorum organisation and job roles
Develop and maintain market knowledge
Provide advice-evidence on market conditions, competitor intelligence, candidate feedback for Quorum Hiring managers
Regular progress updates to Recruitment Manager – to discuss live recruitment and forecast activity Support other team members in their daily activities
Maintain the reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Travel if required.
Qualifications
Education to secondary school level (degree level preferable).
Skills and Competencies
Experience in hiring mid to senior level managers
Experienced Competency Based Interviewer
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to team lead in absence of recruitment manager
Experience in Cold Calling and ability to communicate and sell to candidates over the telephone
Good industry knowledge
Knowledge of the recruitment market

Tenacity
IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Internet
Business Level English + second language is an advantage
At least 4 years experience within a fast moving recruitment environment
