MicroStrategy is looking for:
- People with graduate education /Computer Science or IT related field/
- JDEdwards OneWorld /Enterprise One financial applications experience in a multi-national/multi-currency ERP environment will be a plus
- JDE Object Management Workbench and Developer Tool Set
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and databases
- Retrieving data with select statements, Inner and outer joins, sub-queries, grouping data
- Creating and managing stored procedures
- Fluent in English and ideally speak other languages
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in team
- Good communication skills

Your role:
- Providing front-line technical support to end users, troubleshooting systems issues, fielding random questions, and implementing an appropriate fix or escalation to resolve reported issues
- Documenting business processes and requirements to design, set up, test, and deploy new functionality to include technical and end user documentation.
- Developing reports and providing customization to standard functionality when needed.
- Effectively assessing help requests to determine the root cause of the problem, and applying knowledge of the entire system to implement solutions without causing other issues.
- Training end users to run the software application more effectively.
- Analyzing integrity reports, reconciling imbalances, and checking data integrity on a periodic basis
- Interacting with US and International stakeholders and end customers across multiple functions: IS, Finance, SEC/GAAP reporting, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax.
