What this report is planning is to lay out the 5-10 year future for the technology and probable business models, and advise on what pieces will be available, when. In effect, this will amount to a planning/investment guide for elastic infrastructure needed.
Key Issues: What are the barriers to truly elastic infrastructure or capability on demand; When and how will these barriers be addressed; What should enterprises do to move from capacity on demand to capability on demand.
