pierwsze, co bym zrobił, to lsmod dla obu kerneli i porównałbym, czy nie brakuje jakiego modułu w systemie pracującym na jądrze, spod którego nie widzisz tego dysku IDE (moduł do obsługi IDE załadowany?)

Zaraz, sekunda - 2 dmesgu jest 5 dysków o nomeklaturze sd(a-e). Zakładam że to Twoje wszystkie.
Proponowałbym sprawdzić udevs rules (/etc/udev/rules.d) - dlaczego nie sa widoczne dla fdiska.

Narazie lipnie jest z supportem ahci i innymi rzeczami (zalezy od od dystrybucji i jak widac po mojej z rozmowie z innymi ludzmi tez od plyty P5Q-E i P5Q-Deluxe - niby to samo prawie), ktore znajduja sie na plytach opartyhc o chipset p45.

juz sobie poradzilem.
trzeba wylaczyc ahci w biosie, bo inzcej mi nie chce sie bootowac.
potem trzeba skompilowac jajo z paroma opcjami dla plyty (Asus P5Q-E - jadnie opisane w wiki dla gentoo) i wtedy wlaczyc znowu w biosie ahci i chula.

Wszystko ladnie chulalo do piatku, na gentoo i debianie, az do momentu jak wlozylem pendrive'a i chcialem film skopiowac.
Debian sie zawiesic i wszystko szlak trafilo :((, ale po weekendowych walkach udalo sie co nie co ponaprawiac.
