As the business continues to grow, we are seeking qualified individual for rolling out Sales Force Automation application (Oracle CRM on Demand) to Western and Northern European markets. Successful candidate will report to the EMEA IT Manager and will interface between the local IT shared services in multiple countries business managers to implement the project and support the application. The ideal person will have good business consulting skills with the various technology service providers in these markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high level of satisfaction of the current CRM users by acting as a first line of support and leading activities to enhance the application for business users. He/she will be required to evaluate requests, verifying their rationale, assess the change and propose best solutions. He/she will be responsible for implementing the changes or by using the Offshore development team using standard change control procedures.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a successful rollout of Oracle CRM on Demand to the rest of the EMEA region (Western and Northern Europe). This activity requires occasionally traveling to these countries, talking with Key Users, collecting and solving their issues related to CRM project, agrees on timelines and support data providers. A high quality of communication skills is essential.
Successful candidate should have soft skills like presentation, communication and negotiation, coupled with a strong set of technical skills including, Deep knowledge of CRM applications. He /she should manage issue resolution and communicates project issues to the project team, executives and others as required. He /she will creates risk mitigation plans as required to ensure minimal project impact.
This position requires occasionally traveling internationally, mainly within Europe.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in CRM applications mandatory preferably Oracle CRM on Demand or Salesforce.com. As the last option: Siebel CRM on Premise. A minimum of 5 years experience working in IT required, and most of the time spent implementing Sales Force Automation applications. A minimum of two years leading projects or teams is desired.
Additionally – a knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS) is a plus. Project experience in Transact-SQL or PL/SQL (or any other sql) is required, as well as ETL processes, as the candidate will be expected to have hands-on ETL / data manipulation activities.
Experience of working in global projects in multinational, multicultural environments and teams spread over the world, is required. English language is a must and Russian, French, German or Italian are treated as an advantage.
