Job specification:
• Design, implementation and operations for Managed Backup with focus on IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solution
• Consulting with internal and external customers
• Preparation of new technologies and products for standard operations
• Diagnostic inspections and elimination of faults within supervised backup systems
• On-call duty
• Regular control and health check of backup services
• Service improvement suggestions for the managed backup infrastructure

Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solution
• Experience in building Disaster Recovery plans
• At least 3 years of experience in IT branch
• Nice to have: CommVault
• Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good customer handling and relationships building skills
• Fluent English
