Temat: Zwrot za wadliwy dysk twardy

Dwa lata temu padł mi dysk w MacBooku.

Dear Valued Apple Customer,

Our records indicate that you paid for a repair related to the hard drive in your MacBook. Apple has determined that a very small percentage of hard drives that were used in MacBook systems, sold between May 2006 and December 2007, may fail under certain conditions. MacBooks with the affected hard drives exhibit a flashing question mark upon start up.

We believe that you may have paid for a repair to your hard drive that would be eligible for reimbursement under the recently launched MacBook Repair Extension Program for Hard Drive Issues. Please visit http://www.apple.com/support/macbook/hd/repairextension/ for details.

Please contact Apple Customer Relations / Technical Support to begin your request for reimbursement. For your local contact number, refer to http://www.apple.com/support/country/ .

You will be asked to provide your MacBook serial number, complete mailing address, email address and your banking information. All non-US reimbursements are processed as wire transfers for your convenience. This information will be used only for the purpose of confirming your eligibility and processing the reimbursement. All non-Apple MacBook hard disk drive repairs will require proof of repair (i.e. receipt, bank statement, cancelled check). Apple will pay for reasonable repair costs.

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your reimbursement to be processed.
