Yeah..It should be Friday but I'll be busy tomorrow evening at my language school's end of year party.

So, here we are: five for Thursday instead. And why not?

I don't know. I've never read it. I don't even know whether I should be ashamed of myself or not. I've never finished "The Magic Mountain" of Mann, "The Deluge" of Sienkiewicz and "The Doll" of Prus :-D

They're ok. A useless invention is, umm, a butter knife. WTF?

I have. Guess it's so long so that it would keep you through long, cold Russian nights, sat by the fire. Or something.

I've heard about some mad people who actually read books such as "War and Peace" or "Moby Dick". Personally, I'm waiting for some medical reports announcing unhealthy effects of reading such monsters.

At the moment I'd like to be a big foot from Monty Python's movies. But this changes with my mood and other circumstances. Right now I'm at work and I'd like to close several tasks in a way the big foot usually does.

Something very very relaxing so you would start to be yourself.

Hmmm... a hard one. An electric car I have to charge 3 hrs.
3. Why is War and Peace so long? And do you actually know anyone who's read it?

Not just know anyone who read it, but I read it myself, in polish in russian and in english, I have seen as well all movies.

It is long because it is not a cheap Harlequin Romance, but a drama settled in a true surroundings. It is about hope and hopelessness, love and unluck, great passion sitting somewhere hidden inside... but to get this, you would have to be the one of Slavic origins I guess. It is not an offence, it's more the matter of cultural diversity.
