For our team in Gdańsk we are looking for

Customer Service Representative with Danish
Location: Gdańsk

In this role you will provide service excellence to the customers of our Clients. Your main duties will include answering to customers’ inquiries by phone, chat and email.

Requirements:
fluent level of Danish (obligatory)
good level of English
high communication skills, customer attitude
energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work
ability to learn new products and services
knowledge of other languages will be an advantage as well as the call center experience
