Utilise standard and proprietary equipment such as scopes, signal generators, and various diagnostic tools for fault-finding and documenting all units tested. Perform burn-in and vibration testing. Provide concise diagnostics, accurate root cause analysis and repair faulty products to component level by employing soldering skills for PCB repairs to reduce overdues and aid in achieving on time delivery. Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering to reduce fault occurrence in future builds. Lead new product introductions, working with engineering to ensure tests method and fixtures are fit for purpose.
