Responsible for Quintiq production and transportation planning software, SAP PP and SAP VC module.

Responsibilities:
- analyzing business requirements and preparing solution to meet them (design, work estimates, testing requirements)
- 4th level support for Quintiq application and SAP PP/VC module
- configuring SAP when implementing changes related to PP/VC
- providing requirements for ABAP developments for PP/VC
- debugging ABAP objects (programs, functions, classes,), identifying problems and providing fix proposals
- preparing training, Release Notes, Knowledge Transfer sessions and Intensive Support after go-live
- monitoring inbound and outbound message queue for Quintiq application, debugging iDoc's and processing stuck messages

Knowledge of LSMW, SPRO, ABAP, Sales Configuration Engine (SCE) and .NET connector for SAP.

Responsible for maintenance of SAP VC (Variant Configurator) module.

Responsibilities:
- analyzing business requirements with concept owners and preparing solution to meet them (design, work estimates and test requirements)
- 4th level support for SAP VC module
- 2th level support for Nestix, Quintiq and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PS)
- configuring SAP when implementing changes related to VC
- providing requirements for ABAP developments needed for VC modules
- debugging ABAP objects (programs, functions, class methods), identifying problems and communication with ABAP developers to implement corrections
- preparing training materials, Release Notes, Knowledge Transfer sessions and supporting after go-live
- monitoring inbound and outbound message queue for Quintiq and Nestix applications

2nd level SAP support for CEE region (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

Resolving incidents according to SLA for following applications:
- SAP R/3
- Quintiq
- Nestix

Contact person for SAP Key Users and 3rd level SAP support (external consultants).
Managing Regression tests (selecting test scenarios and arranging the test with local SAP Key Users).

SPRO-configuration, pricing/output condition maintenance, VC tables and Z-tables maintenance. IDoc monitoring, correction and reprocessing.

Debugging ABAP code: reports, function modules, classes/interfaces. Proposing ABAP code fixes for reported incidents.

2nd level SAP support for CEE region (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

Production planner for slitting and cut-to-length production lines. Monitoring procution in SAP and preparing reports for the management about delivery accuracy, yield and capacity utilization.

Support of end users of SAP system from PP and also from SD and MM module. Preparing and conducting training sessions, improving processes regarding SAP and applications connected with SAP. Taking part in regression test before development changes are being transported to production.

Participation during implementation project of SAP R/3 and Quintiq scheduler for production planning in Oborniki plant.

Participation during UAT (User Acceptance Tests) before the go-live, training end users, preparing and translating the documentation of the system (role instructions, process flowcharts, etc.), intensive support for end users after the go-live.
