Client Reporting Analyst will work remotely during coronavirus pandemic time,
and will be responsible for:
Work in procedures manuals preparation and maintenance and collaborate with the Client Reporting Team in identifying improvements
Daily production to meet the quality and productivity targets
Work closely with the client, Client Service teams, Funds Admin, Systems to ensure timely resolution of client enquires and improvement of service level
Communicate appropriately with the Client Reporting Senior & Supervisor with respect to all timetables and workflow.
Ensuring all client documentation are updated whenever and accessible
Knowledge sharing, query resolution
Manage Critical requests
Cooperate with other colleagues to assist with coverage during absences
Enhance quality and efficiency by identifying workflow improvements
Ad-hoc request management from the client
Experience required:
2 years of experience in Client Reporting or Reporting Hub teams.
Skills required:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
Proven ability to problem solve and recommend solutions.
Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Very good command of English and ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel
Knowledge in VBA
Supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
