At first glance, the company gave off the impression of being a professional English company for professionals. However, my own experience working for Eklektika has completely changed my mind.
The staff is very picky about their teachers following the rules. I'm not opposed to this approach. However, there was no reciprocation. If one of their staff makes a mistake, you are expected to forgive and forget. I have many instances of such situations that resulted in me not getting paid on time (with no information), being accused of lying when I had a medical problem and generally strange miscommunications that I've never heard from any employer that I've had in the past.
Fortunately, the students were great and the company I was being outsourced to teach at was very relaxed.
