IT Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- preparation and coordination of IT conference powered by NewVoiceMedia called Wrocław Agile Day
- close cooperation with DevOps deparmant
- leading and developing changes in recruitment process
- facilitation of daily meetings and retrospectives for Customer Support Department teams
- improvement of transparency of HR team work
- partner with the Business to understand talent needs and create sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of talent for specific roles
- manage the recruitment process across the full life-cycle
- create a positive candidate and new hire experience
- provide input about compensation, benefits, or perks that would help attract a larger or higher quality pool of candidates
- continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools
- responsible for updating all job posting vacancies on various job boards and the applicant tracking system
- conduct initial phone screenings to build Candidate Pool
- organize and attend candidate interviews, supporting the Hiring Managers throughout the process
- participate in employment events, such as career fairs (ex. InfoMEET) and coordinate all college recruiting efforts, including job fairs, job shadows and other activities associated with campus
- build relationships with college career centers to enhance awareness and candidate interest
- track and report key metrics
