Responsibilities:
- preparation and coordination of IT conference powered by NewVoiceMedia called Wrocław Agile Day
- close cooperation with DevOps deparmant
- leading and developing changes in recruitment process
- facilitation of daily meetings and retrospectives for Customer Support Department teams
- improvement of transparency of HR team work
- partner with the Business to understand talent needs and create sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of talent for specific roles
- manage the recruitment process across the full life-cycle
- create a positive candidate and new hire experience
- provide input about compensation, benefits, or perks that would help attract a larger or higher quality pool of candidates
- continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools
- responsible for updating all job posting vacancies on various job boards and the applicant tracking system
- conduct initial phone screenings to build Candidate Pool
- organize and attend candidate interviews, supporting the Hiring Managers throughout the process
- participate in employment events, such as career fairs (ex. InfoMEET) and coordinate all college recruiting efforts, including job fairs, job shadows and other activities associated with campus
- build relationships with college career centers to enhance awareness and candidate interest
- track and report key metrics
- organizing volunteering activities

Responsibilities:

- conduction and moderation of sharing knowledge meetings dedicated for internal recruiters

Team Leader:
- management of recruitment teams from Poland and Ukraine (up to 13 people – with 4 remote)
- conduction of relocation processes of candidates from Ukraine and Polish candidates abroad
- requests selection
- supervision of team’s work and CVs quality
- management of recruitment processes for internal employees
- trainings of new employees
- organization of technical trainings
- provide daily, weekly and monthly reports about teams works
- close cooperation with members of management board from Czech Republic
- close cooperation with sales and call center departments
- participation in job fairs

Sourcing Manager:
- search for candidates suitable for customers requirements
- make analyze and selection of resumes
- conduct interviews with candidates
- provide service for hired contractors
- creation and maintain of long-term relationships with candidates
- conduct processes of candidates with different nationalities and for various countries (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, etc.)
- recruitments for international corporations and small companies
- make reports and advertisement of job positions
- extension of candidate's database using social media like LinkedIn, Golden Line
- develop knowledge about IT area
