- Providing coaching & consultancy to managers across the organization on a variety of people management processes, such as: performance management issues, dismissals, performance improvement plans, talent management, employee retention, internal/international mobility, etc.
- Leading the HR related communication
- Executing the HR plan and policies according to the established processes and procedures within the assigned departments
- Representing HR in the workplace, building effective and trusting relationships between Employees, HR and Managers
- Collaborating closely with the rest of the Global HR group (C&B, TA, L&D, HRIS, Relocation, Employer Branding) in order to handle various HR topics and implementing key HR projects (World Class Leadership program, Talent Management Program, Employer Branding & CSR actions)

- Conducting end –to-end recruitment & selection processes
- Taking care of labour market communication, candidate attraction strategy
- Building long- term relationship with Hiring Managers
- Acting as a partner and consultant for business leaders in area of talent location, recruitment & sourcing
- Providing an onboarding sessions for the new joiners
- Coordinating the Interns on Track project
- Designing, executing and coordinating employer branding projects & events (TomTom Talent Road, Open days, GIS days, Mobilization, etc.)
- Preparing and conducting recruitment trainings for the Managers

- Recruitment process coordination and execution, including the leading role for strategic projects/ customers
- Hands on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle: dealing with the job requisition process, sourcing, interviewing candidates for various roles (from entry level position up to top management), liaising with Hiring Managers
- Analyzing the potential and gain new business
- Taking part in setting up the new office in Lodz
- Building long-term business relationship with both Clients and Candidates
- Preparing recruitment reports and analysis
