HR BP /HR Account Manager
- Providing coaching & consultancy to managers across the organization on a variety of people management processes, such as: performance management issues, dismissals, performance improvement plans, talent management, employee retention, internal/international mobility, etc.
- Leading the HR related communication
- Executing the HR plan and policies according to the established processes and procedures within the assigned departments
- Representing HR in the workplace, building effective and trusting relationships between Employees, HR and Managers
