-Works with Business Unit Program Leaders / Planners to develop an artwork master plan and rough cut capacity plan
-Artwork CPS owner – creates schedule to synchronize with initiative CPS and highlight in advance capability issues
-Provides leadership to ensure artwork activities are synchronized and integrated with key initiative activities/milestones
-Leads artwork multi-functional team meetings to address, resolve, and/or escalate issues for decisions
-Apply the appropriate Change Management SOP for changes within the artwork process
-Communicates to managers implications of requested changes
-Ensures the timely transfer of information externally and internally
-Ensures the proper use of templates where appropriate
