Responsible for business requirements definition and implementation of Purchase Price Report delivering transparency on production materials price changes, their deviations from the plan as well as volume and FX rate impact on prices. Conducting trainings for all users worldwide. Business partner for Corporate Procurement functions supporting data analysis and strategic decision taking. Responsible for savings and avoidances calculation methods and delivered results in whole Beiersdorf Group.

Responsible for short and mid-term planning, forecasting and reporting of cash-flows, balance sheet and statement of income. Managing yearly audit reviews incl. responsibility distribution and data preparation. Support for local procurement team in negotiation process, savings and avoidances calculation, improvements in purchasing processes. SAP/R3 FI Key User, supervising FI module, consistency with local taxes and requirements during new SAP implementation. AP/AR BW Key User, creating own designed reports supporting daily business. Leading a team of two; responsible for bookkeeping (AP, FA, G/L, taxes etc.) of tesa tape sp.z o.o. (BDF affiliate) in SAP R/3, coordination of provision creation, also responsible for VAT, CIT, derived taxes calculation. Accounts payables and receivables monitoring, overdue and aging analysis.
