Good knowledge of modern tools in the field of personnel administration, compensation policies, incentive schemes, recruitment, training and employees development. A reliable partner for the Board and managers in all areas of human resources management. A good knowledge of labor law, social security law on the protection of personal data. A high level of interpersonal skills and the ease of building relationships with internal and external customers converts into the quality and effectiveness of the projects.
