 negotiate with Business Partners the best possible approach for the implementation support
 manage and control projects from the initiation phase till post implementation reviews
 identify, define, address and resolve any service delivery issues that arise during implementation on a proactive basis
 control recharge process

 manage customer oriented team to achieve levels of service that exceed service targets
 ensure that internal policies are fully executed
 co-ordinate all phases of the work processes within the team and support operations for all credit related products as well as other services such as Investments and Insurance
 responsible for dealing with non standard credit decisions (Special Lending Authority)
 ensure proper reconciliation in daily tasks and proper reporting to the stakeholders in other departments (Treasury, Payments, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Fraud)
 manage expectations and performance according to SLA
 support Project Management within Operations Department
 setting expectations, coaching, monitoring, evaluating and reinforcing performance through Performance Management
 take part in the testing and implementation of the Premier proposition in Poland
 support of the new Investments process implementation in Poland (cooperation with the external system provider)
