- coordination of orders for tools and components with local purchasing
- PPAP requests establishing and following up
- Following up suppliers performance on awarded businesses to stick to project targets
 Watching over program timing and supervising of supplier progress on the tooling development and manufacturing
 ECM reviewing to secure with sourcing of new part numbers
 Capacity checking for carry over parts
 Working in TITAN system to issue RFQ and PPAP requests

 Responsibility for granting businesses to suppliers:
 Suppliers panel arrangements for injection tools, buy components, production lines, metalization and laboratory jigs, proto and aluminium tools
 Formulating and sending requests for offers along with full transfer of technical and quality data
 Offers analysis and negotiations
 Active participation in final sourcing of the supplier
 Superision of the project result- preparing financial reports on following stages of the project
 Valuation of new projects
 Carrying out the audits of the suppliers
 Arrangements of the amortizations of packaging with suppliers

▪ carrying out offer action for New Projects and commodities:
 RFQ (request for quotation) creating and forwarding
 supervising sourcing actions
 offers analysis
 negociations of commercial conditions
▪ choice of suppliers
▪ performing of cost reduction processes
▪ creating reports and calculations related to running purchasing actions
▪ purchasing purposes implementing
▪ adapting purchasing standards and procedures as regards quality system management
