Industrial Area Poland Controlling Manager
Managing and controlling financials of the industrial area of Poland for four factories – cooking, cooling, washing machines and dishwashing (total production approx. 4 mio pc /yr). Perform analyses and studies to support strategic projects and decisions. Define and steer planning, forecasting, closure and budget process for the area. Responsible for providing financial advice to the Board and Industrial Area Director as well to the Corporate and support to enable them and other internal clients to take sound business decisions. Direct the preparation of financial reports, summarize and forecast the organization's financial position (I/S,B/S). Leading a team of 9 industrial controllers. Dealing with auditors and other external controlling entities.

Managing and controlling financials of 2 factories of the industrial area - cooking and cooling - with supply chain. Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets. Ensure the accurate preparation / reporting of monthly financial results in strict accordance with the Company deadlines; leading a team of 3 industrial controllers plus two stageurs. Liaising with auditors. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
Commercial Planning and Control Manager
Co-ordination and preparation of annual budgets (sales/opex), ensure that debtors are monitored and that the debt collections are consistent with set company time frames as well as pre-vindication process management, ensure the accurate preparation / reporting of monthly financial results in strict accordance with Company deadlines, sales profitability budgeting/forecasting and monitoring, dealing with auditors, external entities, clients. Analyses of future earnings or expenses, analyzing competitors and market trends and provide financial analyses, in particular for pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Financial Controller
Analysis of business performance / results, providing feedback to Senior Management, Cash Flow projections, reporting of monthly results according to the Corporate requirements and schedule.
