Project Quality Engineer
• Provide input to APDS process and represent the quality function (PFMA, Control Plan, SC/CC, MSA, PPK, CPK).
• Ensure that all relevant APDS activities are documented and in line with ALV & customer requirements.
• Support error proofing activities.
• Verify result from R&R activities vs ALV & customer’s expectations.
• Identify risks and address it to proper level of project management team.
• Prepare and support timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off.
• Lead problem resolution cross functional team (8D, RC analysis, ICA, PCA, communication).
• Develop supplier - customer relationship related to customer rating and including customer’s audits.
