* Ensure of client satisfaction in the initial solution design, provide client guidance, capture technical requirements and obtain client acceptance of the technical solution in a timely and cost-effective method

* Develop performance review objectives; provides day to day coaching and encourages the team to move ahead in times of uncertainty

* Improve the efficiency of the team comprised of BI developers, analysts, UI designers, business domain users(client side) and the technical processes used to deliver outputs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Estimation of time and effort needed for Microstrategy projects.
• Upgrade production servers(in total ~30) from MSTR 9.0.1/9.0.2 to 921m
• MicroStrategy maintenance (Narrowcast Server, Distribution Services, Object Manager, Integrity Manager, Enterprise Manager)
• Developing reports and dashboards (WEB, Mobile)

Designing and developing applications connected to Siemens S7 Family for Car-Industry Environment. The main objectives:
-Getting familiar with Siemens S7 Family.

-Designing reports and documents to deliver business measures about machines performance, status and reliability.

Projects for GOTEC.
Gotec is an automotive corporation from Germany which has production and sales location in many different countries including Poland, Spain, Brazil,Germany and Romania.

Project 1: Gotec in Komorniki Slaskie (Poland)

The main objective was to implement the Comarch CND XL system in Gotec factory. I was working with Supply and Logistic modules.
Responsibilities:
- Working under the data migration between different databases( from MS Access to MSSQL 2005, from Firebird to MSSQL 2005)
- Analyzing clients requirements
- Designing Business Reports including Invoices, Purchase Orders using reporting tools and freeform SQL
- Creating Project Documentation
- User and Security Managament

Project 2: Gotec in Jastrzebie (Poland)

The first phase of this project was getting familiar with business requirements mainly for supply branch.
The next steps included:
- Preparation of products presentations based on phase 1
- Creating Project Documentation,
- Implementation planing,
- Implementation of supply modules,
- User trainings and support.

Project 3: Gotec in Wülfrath (Germany)

Main golas of this project was to create a proper documents of implementation Comarch CDN Xl based on client requirements and factory operation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing clients requirements,
- Working under migration process
- Implementation of supply and logistic modules.
- Support and user trainings.

Designing and developing applications using Visual Studio 2005/2008.
My responsibilities included:
- Developing new functionality
