-Identifying, assessing and interviewing suitable candidates for specific open roles
-Providing support to Project Managers with regards to resourcing, and scheduling
-Liaising with the Sales team/Client regarding open positions, job description and suitable candidates
-Responsible for issuing contract for contractors
-Liaising with HR Department and Umbrella companies with regards to candidates’ contracts and payments
-Act as single point of contact for contractors/candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
-Resourcing, logging, information gathering and follow-up
-Reporting on recruitment activity on a weekly basis.
-Perform reference checks for short-listed candidates
-Post vacancies through direct channels

-Acting as a point of contact for suppliers, warehouse and merchandise team with regards to purchasing orders and deliveries.
-Creation and administration of purchasing orders.
-Checking invoices with delivery docks
-Liaising with suppliers and warehouse to resolve invoice and delivery queries.
-Creating data capture sheets.
-Communicating promotions and retail price changes to shop floor
