I was approached by the company from a small town in Belarus, Bobruisk. The company is engages in organizing transfers to airports in Moscow in Kiev. Initially all their work was done in Excel files and on paper, terms of reference consisted of one sheet. I helped the company's management to define business requirements, and then made the terms of reference that cover their needs.

The result was a complete CRM system in which all processes of the company are automated: from generating contracts with passengers to reporting back to the tax office.

The company is very happy with my work. They provide me with additional requests as part of the ongoing maintenance.

As a freelancer, I took the different orders. From small (for example, the development of SEO tools to scan the free domains) to small systems that perform particular tasks for a particular business.

When I was handed over the project, it was in poor condition and on the verge of closing. My tasks originally were database query optimization and optimization of existing templates (pages were loading an average 6-7 seconds). As a result of my work pages began to open in less than 1 second, and the sales figures have grown so much that I was entrusted with the full support and development of the project.

Since then the project has gained its own geography database, layout became adaptive, texts in Russian are generated for thousands of pages, POIs and other elements that enable the project to become a competitor among the big stakeholders of this business were added.

The customer is satisfied with my work and is going to continue our cooperation.

When I joined the company, Reactive Technology was one of the leading web studios in Belarus. The company creates corporate websites with unique design and functionality.

In 3 years we have developed more than 50 sites, the development department has grown from 2 to 6 developers and the company has received numerous awards. At first, I was the lead developer in the company, rewrote the core of the system, which is a base for websites, updated UI of the system. When the number of developers has grown, my task was not only programming but also distribution of tasks, reviewing their implementation, reporting to management, consulting customers.

That was my first job. The company had built excellent development process that taught me how to work in a team and to take responsibility for my work.

My work was improving site layouts and doing some small development in php.
