Top level HR and Administrative Support to the Site Executive and Management. I am the first point of contact and first source of the information for all Symantec employees in Poland.

The main areas of responsibilities are administration, support to HR & Payroll departments, budget, business travel preparation, email & written correspondence management, communications (writing & managing employee and corporate communications – email updates, articles, news, announcements, events etc.).

I coordinate recruitment projects and I am responsible for managing Symantec brand building and talent acquisition projects by building cooperation with the key IT Universities.

Advisory Operational Coordinator

Taking care of administration resources in Advisory Department of PwC, including:
- Organizing of all internal meetings for Partners and Directors of Advisory in Poland as well as regional Partners visiting Poland
- Preparing agendas, programs and minutes of the meetings
- General office management (computer, mobiles, stationary, assisting in office space management – both management and approval for each employee of Advisory in Poland)
- Internal communication to the staff in terms of various policies in the Advisory department
