Edyta is researcher, lecturer and doctoral candidate at the Department of Business Law / Center for Company Law in Tilburg University. She is also research fellow affiliated with European Banking Center. She specialises in corporate governance, financial regulations and financial supervision. Current research project is conducted with support of the Duisenberg School of Finance.
Edyta graduated in Finance, Law, Business Administration and holds master degrees certified by Duisenberg School of Finance, University of Washington (Business School), University of Amsterdam (Business School), Kennesaw State University (Business School).
Before joining the University of Tilburg, she has practiced law as corporate counsel, specialising in M&A, corporate law and business transactions.
