Responsibilities:
• Account management of 80+ clients, including managing the biggest account on spend (£100k+ per annum)
• Leading and managing complex interpreting projects with an annual revenue of circa £40k in a very competitive environment
• Resourcing multilingual projects within budget; negotiating discounts and delivery dates; queries resolution
• Projects managed ranged from high-profile technical conferences to software translations particularly for medium-sized enterprises, but also for blue chip companies (PwC, PepsiCo, Apple, Fiserv, Aviva) and start-ups
• Maintaining healthy profit margin of 50% on all interpreting projects over £1k
• Preparing sales pipeline reports and organized sales meetings
• Liaising with all internal departments and contributing to an effective team environment
• Strategically planning resources for current and future customer demands
• Producing appropriate promotional materials, newsletters and mail outs in order to stay in touch with clients and prospects

• Supervision of all booking phases for 6 exclusive public sector accounts (NHS & local authorities)
• Dealing with client disputes in line with dispute resolution policy of each contract
• Making regular courtesy calls to existing clients to ensure client’s satisfaction
• Responding to client’s telephone and email requests, as they arise. Also dealing with all incoming public sector information requests (e.g. Freedom of Information Act)
• Liaison with other departments to devise strategies to ensure that imminent and future bookings are filled
