Managing of the billing process, firmwide, to effectively invoice the firm’s clients for fees and disbursements, agreements and engagement letters evidence, keeping billing consistency between agreements and invoices, investigate client’s complaints, informing about status of invoices and sending legal fees estimates, maintaining billing policies and procedures, generating financial reports re: budget realization for all practice groups, financial reports re: client/matter history and billing realization, monitoring outstanding invoices and collecting fees in accounts receivable process.

Preparation of cash flow reports, preparation of reports on the state cash, monitoring and recording the state of balances on bank accounts, maintain and update the register of credit agreements, preparation of cost analyzes for the Company's operations, monitoring employee’s accounts of the cards, maintaining fiscal discipline in all departments.
