- Developing and implementing the Quality Management System documentation for use, in accordance with the division of responsibilities in the plant and the requirements of the current version of the standard describing the management system model, in particular ensuring that processes resulting from the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained
- Supervising the quality management system in accordance with the applicable technical specification, ensuring system compliance with the IATF 16949: 2016 standard and specific customer requirements.
- Organizing and maintaining contacts with external institutions in the use and development of the Quality Management System, its certification for compliance with the standards of the applicable management model.
- Review and update of the system documentation in force at the plant. Co-creating and improving system documentation based on risk and opportunity analyzes.
- Organizing management system effectiveness reviews by management and verification of indicators resulting from individual processes.
- Supervision of organization’s system documentation
- Planning, organization and implementation of internal audits ( Product, Process, VDA 6.3, IATF, D/ TLD, LPA)
- Supervising and developing a team of internal auditors.
- Supporting audits and customer visits ( ISO, IATF, VDA 6.3, Homologations)
- Organizing or providing training in the understanding of the requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Supervising agreed databases and related documented information.
- Participating in the process of solving quality problems for system incompatibilities.
- Establishing and coordinating the work of interdisciplinary teams related to Quality System management
- Support for other departments in the Company in the field of Quality Management System and works related to its supervision and updating
- Planning, organization and management of yearly process and product Re-Qualifications
