Driving and manage a full cycle of recruitment activities
(Raising requisitions, internal and external posting, direct sourcing & building pipeline of candidates, screening, interviewing candidates, sending recommendations, extending offers)
Coordinating sourcing activities, pipeline management, university activities
Managing the selection process (screening and interviewing candidates)
Participating in defining employer branding solutions
Providing subject matter expertise around the total end-to-end staffing solution
Building strong relationship with local and foreign hiring managers
Working with the Hiring Managers across EA Region, local Polish HRBP and HR Manager
Reporting directly into the EA Talent Acquisition Manager

Supervising the cooperation between the Client and Cyclad’s employees
Supporting employees in HR related matters: development plans, trainings, etc.
Project planning, setting milestones and on-going reviewing completion
Recruitment activities:
Cooperation with Cyclad’s recruitment team in order to define requested profiles
Cooperation with Customer’s HR Director, HR Specialists in order to define requested profiles
Conducting job interviews and briefing the candidates before meetings
Negotiating employment conditions with candidates
Commercial activities:
Searching for the new Customers and Preparing offers
Face to face meetings with existing and potential clients

Team Leader of recruiters carrying out projects in France (8-12 people):
Cooperation with Capacity Manager and Sales department to determine recruitment priorities
Development of recruitment strategies and procedures
Maintaining contact with projects coordinators
Conducting job interviews with candidates for various positions
